For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference once your return has been processed. WARDROBBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing.
